FAQs Live Streaming
What is the preparation time at the Venue? - We require about 2 hours of setup time - This will allow us to set up the equipment, check and test the internet speed and availability, conduct a test stream.
When do you start to live stream? - Usually about 15-20min before the formalities start. This ensures that we have a safety buffer and we know that the live stream should be stable
What Equipment do you use? - We use professional live streaming cameras that are specific to live streaming, Professional audio equipment to ensure clear audio during the livestream.
What happens if the internet drops out and the live streaming stops? - We will do our best to have the stream continue, but in the off chance that the live stream can not continue, the formalities will also be recorded locally and we will upload the video as soon as the internet is restored. Unfortunately sometimes the internet quality and upload speeds are out of our control and this is a possibility, but rest assured we do everything we can to provide you with a professional outcome.
